This week for cybersmart we are learning how to use are keys on are keyboard.We had to go on a site so we know how to use are keys. 

Cybersmart - Control F

LI: to learn about Ctrl F
Today for Cybersmart we made a DLO (Digital Learning Object) on Gourds. When researching we used Control F which was made to write a word in, and when you wrote the word, the word you typed in would show up. When smart searching we had to search with a keyword or keyphrase. When finding the information we had to use Control F and then skim and scan the information. Skimming and Scanning is reading fast, to look for the information you need.

Print design rules/Cybersmart

LI: To identify the four areas of the print design rules.
This week for Cybersmart we had to do a google slides called print design rules and then we had to go and fined the right and wrong answer.And the four areas are here.

• C - the elements (parts) that go on a poster or other media. 
• L - the arrangement and alignment of the elements that go on a medium.
• C - the combinations of colours to make media look appealing or easy to understand.
• T - the use of font styles, sizes, and colours to make a poster or other media easy to understand and visually appealing.

C.A.R.E Awards in LS1 are given to people who are showing the CARE values. They are Confident, Additude, Respect, and also Excellent and Innovations. These are based on the three Ps witch are Protection, Partnership, and Participation which we learnt from the Treaty of Waitangi. Can motivate us to do more good and follow the CARE Values.
