Swimming

This week for kiwi sport we meat a women called Madden.And she made as do two laps of are backstroke as we kick fast so we can finish.and then we had a race we had to get into groups of 3 so we got into groups of 3 but my group had 4 people in it so we just left it.So the 1 prison who won the race was Afatia the 2 one was Fau and the 3 one was Makaili so they all race to the plat form and Makaili one the race.

This week for kiwi sport we learnt about how to do dolphin dive and swim like a dolphin.Then we had to swim to the deep end and back to the shallow end.Then we did streamlines and breathing.Then we had to hi five him and go and get change and go on to the bus and go back to school.

 so we first started off with stream lines. Then James gave us a tip when doing our streamlines. We do our streamlines with a straight body, and our head looking down in the water. and then we had to hi five him and get out  of the pool.

This week we had Swimming and it was fun and we sore a person from last yer and we had little time but it was slot fun tho and then we had to try and flip over and flip back over and then we had to swim all the way to the deep in of the pool and then we had to do the same thing back to were we are and then we had to hi 5 him and get out of the pool.

This week is our first swimming session for water safety.

swimming teachers this term is Elisibeth we first had to swim to the half of the pool to see if we should stay or go into the other groups. I stayed with Eleisbeth first we had to do a front flips to the other end.

Next we had to do a dolphin swim we had swim underwater touch the ground and swim back up and doing until we get to the middle of the pool.

Then we had to backstroke we had to float on our back and then turn around on to our belly.
Our Last one was when we had to half five our swimming teacher and do and swim style to the middle of the pool.

L.I Today for kiwi sport we did diving down to thach the floor and go back up and then we had to do horse ride i was with sione T we had to take turrs then we had to swap group i went with Ailce and then we had to go and the girls one the point to get changed and they got 2 point and the boys lost and then we went back to school.

Then we went to the deep end of the pool to learn how to us your arms and legs

L.I Today for kiwi sport we learnt about hypothermia.Then we were testing our swimming.Then we learned how to breath when we are underwater this was a little bit hard for me because we had to spin to spin when breathing.

When we got to the pools I had move in level 2.
