Kiwi sport

Today for kiwi sport we learned about cricket.We were learning how to bat and blow.When we were doing blowing our coach Put us in teams 1,2 and 3.Next we swap to the bating said and the people that was bating went on to the blowing said.The people that is in front of the line bats first.Then we played a game we had to get into a circle and our coach throw tennis balls at us and if you don't catch the ball you will be out.

Kiwi sport

This week for kiwi sport we all went to each neat and we played against each other and when we had to go sit down there were four more people left and the had to face against each other first up was Anderw and Sulia and Sulia won against Anderw next was Alayah and Hosea were playing.But Hosea lost against Alayah.Then Alayah and Sulia face against each other and i dont no who won because I wasn't paying attention and then we said goodbye to coach Peter and then we all went back to class.

Kiwisport/W7

LI. To play doubles Tennis.
Doubes tennis is when two players play against other players.Both plyers on each team should have turns at hitting the ball.The person closer to the ball should hit the ball.We practised by playing doubles.

Kiwi sport

LI:To learn the basic grip on a tennis racket.
This week for kiwi sport we had a new coach called coach Peter.We stared of with a warm up,We got into pours.One person dropped a ball the other tried to catch it.This warm up our reactions.Then we all stop and we sat down and move on to the activity. Learning the forehand and backhand technique.Forehand-one hand at the bottom of the racket.This our dominate hand.Backhand two hands of the racket,dominate hand stays on the bottom,other hand hole above the bottom hand.Then we all side goodbye to coach Peter.

Swimming

This week for swimming we had a new person teaching us so we first did are streamline line and did it until we did it right.After that we back stroke and we had to high five the coach and jump out and get changed.

kiwi sport/Swimming

This week for kiwi sport we learnt about how to do dolphin dive and swim like a dolphin.Then we had to swim to the deep end and back to the shallow end.Then we did streamlines and breathing.Then we had to hi five him and go and get change and go on to the bus and go back to school.

This week we had Swimming and it was fun and we sore a person from last yer and we had little time but it was slot fun tho and then we had to try and flip over and flip back over and then we had to swim all the way to the deep in of the pool and then we had to do the same thing back to were we are and then we had to hi 5 him and get out of the pool.

HIT

L.I:To do exercises.
For HIIT we did three activities.HIIT stands for high intensity int interval training.


Pullups
Pressup
Moutain Climbers
Squat Challenge


There are two ways to do Mountain Climbers. The first way
is to go on the ground and get into a press up position.Then 
try to make your knee's touch your elbow.To do that pretend your 
running.The other is to do it standing up.So you lean your hands on 
something and try to make your knee's touch your elbow .To do that is to
do high knee's.


There is one way to do a press up. The easy way
is to put your feet in the air and knees on the ground,pushup
and down.The hardest way is one leg on the bottom and the other leg
onto the leg on the bottom,pushup and down.

To do the pull ups you go the ground. So there is two ways. One way is to 
put your legs flat on the ground and then pull up. The other
way is that you knee's are up and then you just pullup.

This week we had three rotation the first rotation had going backwards on the beam cartwheel on the box cart wheel on the stage and forward roll on the bench the second rotation had star jumping off the trampoline backwards roll down 1 legs corpion hand stand and the half 180 jump for the trampoline jump we had to get a high jump and move into a star shape position for the 180 turn we had to jump on the spring ramp and turn half way.

This week we had Kiwi Sport and our teacher was Steve. And he told us what to do at first we got to get a worm up and then we had to start and try and do everything.And this was fun and i miss out last week.

first we had to do same stretches the stretches were

  • L shape
    seal
  • butterfly cat
  •  strooldle
  • back to frant side.
We had same new thing and same were the same i think this are the same?
  • The Beam-backwards
  • box - cartwheel
  • bench-forwed roll.
And then we move on to the next one the next on was.
  • Trampoline-star fish
  • backwards roll.
  • 1 leg/seorps hand satd
  • half 180 jump
And it was fun the one that i like was,Trampoline-star fish,backwards roll and then we move on to the next one this one was like last weeks one

L.I to learn how to play the proper Ki O rahi game.
For Kiwi sport we player the proper version of ki o rahi. We had to apply all the learning we did to play the full game Ki o Rahi. We had two of the teams which are Taniwha and Kioma. Kioma wears yellow tags and Taniwha wears Red tags.

Kiwi sport/K o rahi

This week for kiwi sport was are last session of k o rahi and we played the full game of it it was fun and we got into 2 groups and my team was wining and then we had to swoop over and then my team was korma and the anther team was taniwha and then my team was still wining and then we had 2 minutes each to play and then the 2 minutes were up and then we had to swoop over for anther 2 minutes and then my team was korma and then the time was up and then we had to go back to class.

K o rahi for kiwi sport







Today for kiwi sport we woch a vidoe and then we played a game coled Kioma & taniwha we were lreing about Kilda and then we play a game coled 8 pass share team work and then we play a neter game and this game was coled rahi te are it was a fun game tom play and then we nearlyhad to go back to class but then we had a last game of  8 pass share team work and when we finished Y6 went back to class And the teacher name was Coach Shanice.

L.I Today for kiwi sport we did swmming to one end to the athr and then we had to dived undrw water and then we had to go and get a toy water fish and trow it not to far and I towr it at the teacher bye accident and i ues my t-srit as a car and then it was time to go and we had to hi-5 them and get out of the pool.
