This week for reading we had to no what inferring is. Inferring is when you have a clue and you figure something in the clue.

L.I to learn about patupaiarehe fairies and the geography of Aotearoa.

Patupaiarehe are fairies that live in the deep deep forest.
They have magical powers like making magical rope and strength. The patupaiarehe we learnt about today live on mountains.
We learnt about patupaiarehe and fairies by listeing to the story of ihenga and searching for information,and using google maps.

Staying honest is not always easy but , telling the troth or help a friend to do the right must be done. We did a different activity to show peoples emotion in different situations like when a lie is told or when people are hurt.

LI: To learn the geography of Aotearoa.
Mount manumitting is a mountain in taurauga the hunua and waitakere ranges are mountains in Auckland. Patupaiarehe are fairies that lived on these mauntains in maori myths. I learned about the patupaiarehe and mountains by listing to two stories,The legend of ,auoo and the turehu wars.I learned where the mountains are by looking on google maps.       

Non fiction prediction

LI: To Learn about making connection.
This week for reading we had to make a Non fiction prediction. And that book that we were reading it was making a mobile and we had to had to fined the author and the Illustrator and the Year published.
